ORDERING & BILLING
We process orders only after we have received and approved your payment. We require confirmation by phone for orders paid through PayPal. PayPal payments which we have not approved will be refunded within 3 days of purchase in so far as permissable by PayPal.
PRICING & SHIPPING
We reserve the right to modify listed prices at our sole discretion. Listed price when order was made stays with your order in so far as original price was accurate at the time of ordering, with reservation for errors in cart code and administration. All prices on website cover the full service on our end including shipping and handling. There are no additions to listed prices for orders paid via PayPal. However, for Western Union and Cash orders there will be extra fees incurred for money transfer and postage respectively.
Shipping procedure is game specific but can be classified accordingly; in-game trade arranged via live help, in-game postal transaction or login information delivered via email. We can not guarantee the accessibility of the product or service indefinitely after purchase, whether before or after you initially have accessed it and we will not be held liable for failure on your end to comply with game specific shipping procedure. It is your sole responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and otherwise comply with game specific shipping procedure within reasonable time of purchase, whether it involves contacting live help, receiving our emails, tracking your order on the website or transfering products in-game.
REFUND POLICY
If you return the goods within 24 hours of delivery we will give a full refund. Please note that shipped game accounts are not eligible for refund, seeing as disclosed account information can't be retracted. PayPal payments which we have not approved will be refunded within 3 days of purchase in so far as permissable by PayPal. Orders which we fail to complete are also eligible for refund. Other than that there are no refunds issued for any reason.
