How do I buy D2R items on your website?

  1. Register an account and add items to your cart

  2. Once you are finished adding items, click on your cart

  3. Select your preferred payment method and proceed with the payment

  4. Check your email for the status of your order. You can also check your order status under your account’s Order History tab.

  5. Once you have received an email about your order being ready, contact our Live Chat, and meet in a game to trade and receive your items.

How do you deliver my items?

The fastest way to receive your items is to add our battle.net user ID as a friend, log in and enter the game lobby, click on your friend list, right click our user name and choose join game. This way you don’t have to switch server or wait in queue if the game server is queued.

How long does it take to receive my items?

We normally deliver orders within 1 hour, but in some cases it takes longer if:

-The game server is busy with a long queue

-Your order contains lots of items

-The item you ordered is difficult to get/the supply of your ordered item is very limited.

-99% of our orders can be delivered within a few hours, with a maximum of 12-24 hours.

How do I know if my order is ready for delivery?

After we have received and approved your order, our team will work on preparing the items. Once we are ready, you will receive an email. You don’t have to enter the Live Chat unless you received an email.

I want an item but it’s not available in your store

You should email [email protected] if you are interested in a specific item that we are not selling yet. If it’s a valuable item then most likely we can add it to our selection within 24 hours.

Do you sell items on Hardcore?

We only sell Softcore at the moment, but we may be able to accept customized orders for Hardcore if it’s at least $500. Please send an order request to email [email protected] and we will get back to you within 24 hours about the availability of the items you want.
