Diluted Liquid Guilt is a Liquid Emotion currency with a stack size of 10. It’s drop-restricted, meaning it mainly comes from Delirium monsters, not general loot pools. 

Instilling amulets with Liquid Emotions

Right-click Diluted Liquid Guilt to open the Instilling window, then place your amulet and the Liquid Emotions you want to spend. This is used to grant an amulet a named passive from the Passive Tree, giving you access to effects you might not path to during leveling or endgame planning. 

Heads-up on Waystones (so you don’t waste time)

You may still see older descriptions talking about using Liquid Emotions on Waystones. In current PoE 2, Waystones can’t be instilled with Liquid Emotions anymore (version 0.4.0+), so plan on using Diluted Liquid Guilt for amulet instilling.
