One player can only have 4 Scientist Cameramen placed in the game, after 4 placed, you can't place more unless if you sell one. He can still be stunned by toilets and it won't affect his ability. making a very good shield to protect your other units from being stunned. However, it may waste Camera Repair Drone's battery and not heal other units. You can't upgrade Scientist Cameraman when it is stunned, possibly making you miss an upgrade.
