This amulet has the same stats as a regular amulet of fury, but grants a 20% chance of healing 30% of the damage dealt to a target when using melee. A blood shard provides the amulet with 10,000 charges, losing one for every successful hit. Once the amulet reaches 0 charges the blood shard is destroyed, but the amulet of fury remains.

The effect of the rogue equipment does apply to this item when pickpocketing; the player will have a chance to receive two Blood Shards if they are wearing parts of the outfit, with it guaranteed if the full set is worn. While pickpocketing with a full inventory, both Blood Shards will drop to the floor.
