Old School Runescape's Leagues 6 Demonic Pacts is finally upon us, and with it came the Demonic Pacts, which allow us to craft and create a bunch of interesting paths and builds. This build guide covers all of the strongest, meta builds that can AFK kill any boss or dish out 500+ damage like it is nothing. Without further ado, let's jump straight into it.
Basic Starting Build
We are going to talk a lot about the Demonic Pacts or the Skill Tree. If you don't know what this is or how it works, you can check out our Skill Tree Guide, where we have explained everything you need to know about what everything does. If you already know, enjoy the guide!
This build is going to be your starting build regardless of what you are planning to build. This is designed to help you kick off your early game and farm those earlier bosses. Another important thing about this early build is the fact that it will allow you to train all three combat styles before you spec into whatever you want with a re-spec. Here is the earliest path you should take:

This costs only 7 points, so you should be able to take it within the first hour or two. This will start our combat snowball by allowing us to use combat spells in 3 ticks instead of 5, and with this, we are going to be abusing the elemental weaknesses of monsters to get ahead. From here, our main objective is to kill the first echo boss, Amoxiatl, and for that, we will need melee damage, and thankfully, we only need 2 points:

As for the weapons, we are going to use our magic prowess to farm frost and earthen naguas. The dual-hitting weapon drop from these naguas combined with the demonic pacts above, will be more than enough to defeat Amoxiatl. You can pick up blind bag weapons from the Tzhaar shop if you have Abundance, or you can buy a rune mace from the mace shop in Outer Civitas.
To get these points, do the following tasks:
- Complete Leagues Tutorial
- Open the Leagues Menu
- Defeat a Hill Giant
- Reach combat level 50
- Use protect from Melee prayer
- Defeat a steel dragon on Karamja
- Defeat a Tzhaar
- Defeat Hueycoatl 1 time (join a mass party, since everyone will be going for this day 1)
- Complete 1 additional easy task from the region that you have picked.
This is our basic early game setup. From here on out, you can do whatever you want to do to further help your early game. You can opt into getting 2 tick shortbows or invest 3 points into getting the water tree for infinite heals. You can spend 1 point to get prayer restoration from air regen, so pick and choose what works best for you, and good luck!
Alternate Starting Builds for Specialised Styles
If you want to go straight for your own build without needing to reset, here are some good early builds that can turn into specialised builds without hurting you in the early game.
Melee Light Weapons
Use this setup with Abundance and pick up the light Toktz-xil-ek from the Tzhaar shop; if you don't do this, your early game will be miserable.

Melee Heavy Weapons
Better odds against Amixoatl. With Abundance, you can fill your blind bag with Tzhaar weapons to maximise your damage in the early game. If you don't have Abundance, you can buy adamant items from the shops in Varlamore.

Crossbow
For this, you will need to go for Woodsman and get yourself an early Sunlight Hunter's crossbow alongside full mixed d'hide and Moonlight bolts.

Bow
Once again, for this to compete, you would want to get your hands on a full mixed d'hide set. Alongside that, you are going to get a magic shortbow alongside rune arrows. Depending on your needs, you can also pick the Prayer boosting pact instead of ammo regen.

With the early game out of the way now, let's talk about the best builds you can do in this year's Leagues!
King's Barrage Water Mage - KWD

This build is all about utilising the new heavy-hitting crossbow King's Barrage with the crossbow pacts and combining it with the healing effects of the water pacts. This is a great combination that will absolutely steamroll most of the bosses and content in the game, as it hits just like a mini Executioner's Axe with a max hit of 620, but all the time. (that number is with echoes)
Demonic Pacts - Skill Tree Path
Here is the basic path of this build, 29/40 points spent:

With the above path, you gain the following main benefits:
- Your crossbow always max hits and rolls for accuracy twice.
- Overheal up to 90%. This allows you to get 188 hitpoints if you are 99 health.
- Water and ice spells hit for 38% more damage when you are at 188 health, works for the second hit of King's Barrage as well.
- Water and ice spells heal for 60% of the damage dealt, works for the second hit of King's Barrage as well.
- 115% chance to regenerate ammo or runes, so infinite ammunition.
- +65% accuracy in all combat styles.
- Your combat spells are now on a 3-tick attack cycle instead of 5 ticks.
The above build will help you start AFKing almost any PvM encounter in the game. From here on out, you can customise it however you want, depending on your playstyle, but the recommended end-game setup that maximises damage looks like this:

With this, you gain the following additional benefits:
- Being able to play around with 1-tick charged staves and 2-tick Shadow.
- Having a 2-tick webweaver bow.
- Additional 50% accuracy.
- Regenerating prayer points while casting water surge.
- Prayers for ranged being 30% more effective.
Depending on your needs, you can customise it to gain 10% more echo hits or prayer penetration.
Regions
Here are the regions you must pick in order for this build to function:
- Kandarin: Great starting region with the relics we will talk about down below. Good early game points that don't require combat. As we level up, we can get our best-in-slot ranged necklace, being the Necklace of Anguish from demonic gorillas. We can also get a heavy ballista from them to use as a heavy-hitting special attack weapon since it counts as a crossbow.
We will also be picking up our Quadrant and Devil's Element from the echo thermy, which complements our build pretty nicely whenever we need a magic switch. This region also provides us with maniacal monkeys so we can speed run through Magic and Ranged levels.
- Wilderness: After Kandarin, we will immediately lock in Wilderness. The reason Wilderness comes second is that it is a combat-heavy region, so it works better if you already have some decent combat levels. This region will provide us with a lot of easy points, supplies for all skills, and obviously, the main part of our build: King's Barrage.
- Desert: You can change this pick if you hate the Desert Area, but it is highly recommended that you stick with this region. This pick will provide us with decent Prayers alongside the ancient spellbook, allowing us to opt into Culling Spree instead of Grimoire. It will also provide us with mega rares if we want to try them out, but more importantly than the mega rares, we can get our hands on full masori and a venator ring, which will be our best inslot gear.
Relic Choices
We are going to be picking the following relics:
- Abundance
- Woodsman
- Evil Eye or Map of Alacrity
- Transmutation
- Larcenist
- Culling Spree
- Reloaded - Endless Harvest
- Minion
All of these relics work together perfectly with our region choices and solve pretty much all your needs, and get you the fastest amount of points in the shortest amount of time possible. Enjoy the build!
Halberd Blindbag Melee - TMA

This build is a lot of fun and has the highest burst damage potential out of any build you can do in Leagues. If you get the RNG, you can pretty much one-shot any boss in the game since you have the potential to deal more than 2000 damage. This build is more flexible with region and relic picks.
To use the blind bag properly, you will need 6 unique heavy weapons (1 for using the rest in inventory). The best options with this build are:
- Scythe of Vitur
- Sanguine Scythe of Vitur
- Scythe of Vitur uncharged
- Godswords
- Dharoaks axes with different durability values. (Use this with full DH for maximum damage output)
Demonic Pacts - Skill Tree Path
Here is the basic path for this build, 26/40 points spent:

With the path above, you gain the following benefits:
- Being able to hit from 7 tiles away with a halberd.
- 21 minimum hit and 12% extra damage from 7 tiles away.
- Blindbag passive to deal incredible amounts of burst damage.
- Maximum ranged echo chance off a melee hit.
- +115% accuracy in all styles.
From this point, you can go anywhere you want to. For example, you can add charge staves, which work great in Morytania with the new Echo Grotesque Guardians staff:

You can add thorns to the mix for extra damage, especially if you plan on picking Asgarnia:

Or you can maximise your damage by using a sunlight hunter crossbow:

With the above build, you will switch between your 3-tick sunlight hunter's crossbow and halberd with each attack. Since your crossbow always max hits, your halberd will always deal +25% increased damage. You will also gain faster bows, which can be great if you ever decide to use a Twisted bow or Bow of Faerdhinen.
Regions

For regions, you have a couple of options. If you want the absolute highest DPS with fast points, you can go:
- Tirannwn: For getting the fast points with Larcenist and having the crystal armour set effect. This allows us to opt into both charged staves and bows.
- Morytania: This is the core region of this build; it won't work without it. We will be getting our noxious halberd and amulet of rancour from here. We will also get our scythe and dharoks for our blind bag.
- Optional Kandarin: This region doesn't offer much aside from fast points and Piety, which is helpful if you don't want to pick Grimoire.
- Optional Asgarnia: This can be a much better choice, especially if you are picking Grimoire. This region provides an alternative best-in-slot setup with full Torva. You can also max out your avernic threads with this region, but more importantly, you get to fill up your heavy weapon arsenal pretty quickly with the godswords.
Relic Choices
We are going to be picking the following relics:
- Endless Harvest
- Hotfoot or Woodsman
- Evil Eye
- Conniving Clues or Transmutation if Woodsman is picked
- Larcenist
- Grimoire will be the best, but pick anything you want
- Anything can be picked here; Nature's Accord can be good if Woodsman and Transmutation are not picked.
- Executioner's Axe if you are going Asgarnia, otherwise your choice
All of these relics work together perfectly with our region choices and solve pretty much all your needs, and get you the fastest amount of points in the shortest amount of time possible. Enjoy the build!
Fang Tribrid Build - TAM

In previous leagues, there was never a good option to fully utilise all three combat styles, but this year's Demonic Pacts changes that. This build takes advantage of melee, ranged, and magic simultaneously, letting you switch between lightweight weapons, bows, and charged staves.
Your weapons will be:
- Bow of Faerdihnen
- Fang of the Hound
- Lithic Sceptre
Demonic Pacts - Skill Tree Path
This build activates much earlier than other builds, with the full power of it unlocking at only 31 points:

When building this tree, make sure to take the fire buffs last. With this skill tree, here's what you are doing:
- Getting 2-tick attack speed with the fang.
- Buffing your fang's damage with the fire tree.
- Getting BOFA to 3-tick attack speed.
- +65% accuracy in all styles.
- Restoring 2% special attack with each hit. Fang has a special attack that hits 4 times.
- Increasing your damage by 50% of your Prayer bonus.
From here, you can further optimise accuracy like so:

The build above provides:
- Additional +5 melee and ranged strength alongside 2% magic damage with any off-hand.
- Additional 2% special attack restoration with any style.
- Accuracy is now +145%.
Regions
For this build to work best, you must pick the following regions:
- Tirannwn: Provides fast early game points with Larcenist and the crystal armour set, boosting melee and magic accuracy and damage. Also enables Bow of Faerdhinen usage.
- Asgarnia: Core region for obtaining the Fang. Also provides Cerberus boots and access to stronger melee setups like Void as a fallback.
- Morytania: Highly recommended for synergy with fire demonic pacts. Helps offset self-burn mechanics using sustain options like blood fury.
Relic Choices
We are going to be picking the following relics:
- Endless Harvest or Abundance
- Woodsman or Hotfoot
- Evil Eye
- Transmutation or Conniving Clues
- Larcenist
- Situational (Culling Spree recommended for damage stacking)
- Reloaded - Nature’s Accord
- Executioner’s Axe
All of these relics work together with our region choices and help solve most progression needs while maximising early point generation. Enjoy the build!
Thorns Water Mage - Trivialise Every Boss - KZA

This build is extremely powerful and allows you to trivialise most PvM encounters. It is highly recommended for players who struggle with high-level PvM, as it enables near-AFK bossing.
You are guaranteed consistent healing alongside damage every 3 ticks, while also being able to handle enemies resistant to magic without moving.
Demonic Pacts - Skill Tree Path
This build requires only 29 points for its core setup:

Even at this stage, the build provides:
- +115% chance to regenerate runes.
- Ability to overheal to 188 HP.
- Guaranteed 10 heal per Water Surge cast and 15% chance to restore 7 prayer points.
- 3-tick spell casting.
- Double reflecting damage from thorns.
- Restoring 2 HP and Prayer when a hit is 0 on you.
From here, the goal is to maximise accuracy:

Regions
Here are the optimal region picks for this build:
- Kandarin: Provides Quadrant staff, Occult necklace, Ring of suffering, and access to Wrath runes.
- Zeah: Unlocks Augury prayer and full Ancestral set.
- Optional Asgarnia: Useful for AFK bosses and tank setups with Torva.
- Optional Fremennik: Provides V’s Helmet and alternative relic flexibility.
Relic Choices
- Abundance
- Woodsman
- Map of Alacrity
- Transmutation
- Larcenist
- Culling Spree
- Soul Harvest or flexible choice
- Executioner’s Axe
Max Thorns Blindbag - KZA

Similar to the build above this build fully leans into the Tank/Thorn tree but instead of water magic it utilises the blindbag effect by using Dinh's Bulwark. This build is hard to finish, but once done, you will be able to AFK kill almost everything in the game. Mod Husky killed 5 Jads fully AFK with this build.
Demonic Pacts - Skill Tree Path
Here is the starting build path costing 26 points:

With what you have above, you have:
- Full thorn setup with every recoil damage being increased by your defence.
- Full blindbag setup.
- +30% Prayer penetration.
- Healing and Prayer restoration when taking 0 damage.
- 30% overheal.
- Restoring your health via thorns damage.
From here on out, we are looking to fully max out our blindbag damage to use with Dinh's Bulwark, and pick up extra overheals:

This is the max out version with 188 overheal, and fully stacked blindbag, but you might want to use the fang you will be getting from Asgarnia, so you can do this instead:

Regions
Here are our regions of choice for this build:
- Kandarin: We are picking this region to boost early points and to get our hands on a ring of suffering (i).
- Zeah: Zeah is required to get our hands on Dinh's Bulwark.
- Asgarnia: We are picking Asgarnia to get full Torva for tankiness and all the godswords for the blindbag.
Relic Choices
Here are the optimal relics for this build:
- Abundance
- Woodsman
- Evil Eye or Map of Alacrity
- Conniving Clues
- Nature's Accord
- Culling Spree
- Reloaded into Endless Harvest or whatever you please
- Executioner's Axe or Minion
Wind Mage Always Max Hit - KTZ

This is the final build on our list. This build fully leans on the air element of the tree and deals insane amounts of damage. The air side of the tree is all about Prayer and max hits. When you complete this build, you will be able to max hit every hit, heal whenever you want to with spells, and have infinite prayer points.
Demonic Pacts - Skill Tree Path
In terms of points, this build only requires 22 for starters:

With the above, we have:
- +115% rune regeneration.
- 60% overheal.
- 3-tick cast time.
- +65% accuracy.
- 7% damage for each active prayer.
Since we are going with only one combat style, we need to max out our accuracy:

Above requires 38 points, and it bumps our accuracy to +180%. You can get 15 more accuracy if you want to, or get two Prayer penetration nodes.
Regions
Here are the optimal regions for this max-hitting build:
- Kandarin: Essential for Devil’s Element and Quadrant.
- Tirannwn: Fast points and Crystal Blessing for +5 Prayer points. Can be swapped if needed.
- Zeah: Unlocks dragonbone necklace, ancestral robe top, and preserve Prayer for extra magic scaling.
Relic Choices
- Abundance
- Woodsman
- Map of Alacrity
- Conniving Clues
- Nature's Accord
- Culling Spree
- Reloaded into Soul Harvest
- Executioner's Axe
