Old School RuneScape Leagues 6 is almost here, and with it comes one of the most important early decisions you'll make: choosing your Tier 2 relic. In Demonic Pacts, the three options Hotfoot, Friendly Forager, and Woodsman each offer a unique playstyle and set of advantages, but not all of them are created equal.
The right Tier 2 relic can dramatically accelerate your skill progression, unlock powerful synergies with your chosen regions or relics, and set you up for a massive point haul in the early game. Pick the wrong one, and you might find yourself grinding skills that could have been solved for free, or missing out on key task completions that pad your score.
In this guide, we break down every Tier 2 relic in OSRS Leagues 6 in detail: what each one actually does, which regions it pairs best with, and where it falls flat. We will then rank these relics based on how powerful they are on their own at the very end.
Quick Overview

Remember the power of a relic can change drastically depending on the player's region and other relic choices, so take this guide as a baseline and decide the relic you want to pick based on what you want to achieve in League 6 Demonic Pacts. As such, your tier 1 relic pick is important for your tier 2 relic pick. If you want to learn everything you need to know about Tier 1 Relics, check out our Demonic Pacts Tier 1 Relic Guide.

Hotfoot

Hotfoot is a player favorite relic ever since it was teased, but how good is it really? Here is everything that this relic provides and its usefulness:
- Passive Agility Experience: This power of the relic is what tends to attract most people. This effectively makes Agility a 0-time skill, or does it? Well, yes, it is nice to gain experience in an awful skill like Agility passively, but this effect relies on your character wearing the Searing Boots. You can expect to get up to 70-90 Agility before having to switch your boots to something else for PvM, making this buff useless.
- Agility Course Buffs: These buffs are decent for finishing some pesky Agility lap tasks, but otherwise, it is not useful unless you are going for 50M Agility experience.
- Auto-Cook: This buff makes training Cooking a 0-time skill by combining it with Fishing; however, for this to be good, you must pair it with Endless Harvest. Also, it will only take you like 3 hours of Fishing to reach 50M Cooking experience, completing all the tasks, and making this buff no longer needed. Cooking is already a super fast skill with either doing wines or 1-tick karambwans, so this perk is not that big of a deal.
- Auto-Smelt: This once again needs Endless Harvest to work. This perk depends heavily on what else you are picking. It is not useful unless you are planning on AFKing Iron rocks until 50M Mining and Smithing. You can have a slight upgrade to this perk if you pick Reloaded into Barbarian Gathering for 30 minutes of runite ore mining.
Region Synergies

Hotfoot will work best with the following regions:
- Kandarin: A lot of rooftop Agility lap tasks for Ardougne, Seers’ Village, and Barbarian Agility Course, alongside the Infamous Ape Atoll Monkey Agility Course.
- Tirannwn: Another way of collecting crystal shards with 10x rates, and a good amount of tasks locked behind the Agility course.
Verdict
This relic solves 3 skills.
Overall, this relic is not that strong unless you are going to use a specific strategy, hate Agility, and want to complete all League tasks.
Friendly Forager

Friendly Forager is a returning relic from last year, and it is even stronger now, but it is competing against some heavy-hitting relics. This skill completely solves Herblore for you:
- Herb Collecting: This relic will passively gather herbs for you while you are training other skills, and you can target specific herbs and stack them as you please. This will pretty much solve all your Herblore herb needs without any effort. You will always have access to the herbs that you need.
- Instant Potion Making: This makes an already fast skill even faster. With the storages you will be able to make 26 potions all at once, allowing you to reach 50M Herblore experience in no time.
- Secondary Save: Using the Prescription Goggles from Mastering Mixology alongside this relic will allow you to save all your secondaries.
Region Synergies

This relic can work anywhere, but here is the region that benefits the most from this relic:
- Desert: Desert doesn’t have any herb patches, which is good for this relic, and it also has a herb shop in Nardah that allows you to make unfinished potions instantly, skipping the non-exp part of Herblore.
Here are the regions that benefit the least from this relic:
- Wilderness: Wilderness is the best resource region in the Leagues. It houses many bosses that constantly drop stacks of herbs and secondaries, taking power away from this relic.
- Kourend: Kourend houses the Farming Guild and Farming contracts, alongside 2 herb patches. This effectively allows you to get herbs and secondaries easily, taking power away from this relic.
Verdict
This relic solves only one skill.
This relic is a solid choice if you don’t want to worry about collecting ingredients for your potions. You will always have resources for your combat potions, and you will have 50M Herblore experience in your back pocket.
Pick this relic if you want to solve Herblore and don’t plan on picking Nature’s Accord.
Woodsman

Woodsman might just be the strongest overall pick in tier 2. Here is what it actually does:
- Auto-Burning: Firemaking is already an easy and fast skill to train, and this buff of the relic makes it even faster and easier. You can expect to get 50M Firemaking passively with this.
- Fletching: Fletching is one of the fastest skills on OSRS, and this makes it even faster. Fletching becomes so fast with this buff that you can use this skill to complete your 200M experience task in under an hour. You can achieve this in the first few hours of Leagues if you pick Abundance in tier 1.
- Hunter Rates: Hunter buffs of this relic are great. They completely solve the Hunter skill and will allow you to gain a ton of points from Hunter-related tasks.
- Hunter Rumours: This buff is good for the early game, but otherwise not that useful.
- Herb & Tree Seeds: This is a very underrated, incredible buff. This will pretty much solve your Farming and Herblore skills.
Region Synergies

This relic works best with the following regions:
- Wilderness: Has tons of points locked behind catching black chinchompas and salamanders.
- Kandarin: Great hunter area and a lot of tasks for Hunter. Also, can rush 200M fletching using the Ranging Guild shop if Abundance is picked.
- Tirannwn: Has red chinchompas and associated hunting tasks.
Verdict
Strongest standalone tier 2 relic. Allows for some pretty insane early game synergies and strategies, especially if combined with Abundance. Great for players looking to rush points.
