The soul cape (Blood) is an item received from defeating the Memory of Nomad in under 8 minutes. It is also received if the mahjarrat aura or any deathtouched darts are used during the fight. It can be obtained on a reward run and on a non-reward run.

Nomads elegy quests.
T90+ armour weapon.
Summoning: 86+,  
Herblore: 96+.
