Power Leveling Information
1. If you order power leveling, you will be prompted for your Runescape account login information on our checkout page. We advise you to set a temporary password on your Runescape account before placing an order. Then, when the order is completed, you can log in and change back to your original password.
2. Your Runescape account authenticator must be disabled when you place the power leveling order. Otherwise, we won't be able to log in to your account from a new IP and device. When the order is completed, you can log in to your Runescape account and reenable your account authenticator.
3. Do not log in to your Runescape account until the order is completed. This way, we maximize service speed and minimize the risk of getting your account locked due to concurrent access from multiple locations.
4. We do not offer any gold farming service as part of the leveling. Anything added to your account while we work on the order will be expended.
5. We will transfer any required resources to your account as part of the service unless you check the "I have required resources" box. If you check this box, you have to provide the resources yourself.
6. For security reasons, we will only play on your account for about 12 hours per day, so the total time to complete the order will be higher than the playtime. Please observe that this does not mean you can play on your account while we are not logged in. You have to wait until the order is completed.

In case none of the above rectify the situation, there are a couple of other possibilities to consider:.
- If you are paying by debit card, you may have reached your predefined spending limit or run out of funds. Contact your financial institution to find out.
- If you are paying as an unregistered user via a payment gateway such as PayPal, you may have also reached the spending limit for unregistered users. In that case, it is best to register and verify a PayPal account to continue making payments.

Our chests are special interactive products each containing a unique range of items. The exact items depend on the particular chest. After you have purchased a chest you need to go to your inventory page to open it and reveal the item inside. Once item has been revealed you will be provided with delivery instructions. The item contained in the chest is delivered the same way we deliver regular products in the game in question. Delivery is typically arranged via our live chat. In order to receive and use your revealed item your game account must meet all in-game requirements for that particular item.
All our chests can give you truly great in-game value but some chests have more extreme content than others. It's all a matter of what chest you purchase and whether the gods favour you or not.?
You can see the rough distribution in the product description which you can access by clicking the chest name. Items are ranked by rarity with 5 stars being the most rare and 1 star being the least rare. The fewer stars an item has, the more frequently it will show up when chest is opened.
The item in your chest is automatically determined the moment your order is approved. The animation shown when opening your chest serves to present the already determined item in a fun and exciting way. We do not warrant that the item shown at end of animation is correct in 100% of cases due to possible interference of lag and incompatibilities with certain devices, screen sizes, and resolutions. We recommend that you open chest in browser Google Chrome or Firefox on a desktop with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The item name shown when expanding the row in your inventory is always the correct item as determined by system.
If you want an item that with great certainty matches your expectations then it's better to buy that item directly whether it's gold or something else from the range of items in the chest. If you want excitement and a possibility of getting a rare item, then the chest is the better choice.
It depends on the game but in-game delivery is normally arranged via our live chat. Delivery instructions will be shown at the end of the animation. Before buying you have to make sure that your game account meets all in-game requirements for all the items contained in the chest whether it is a matter of subscription to the game or a certain character level.
