To earn FIFA 23 FGS exchange tokens, players must watch any qualifying live match for 60 minutes. Tokens will be credited to the player's EA account within the next 24 hours after claiming the reward.

You are free to dispose of these tokens, instantly redeem rewards or accumulate tokens for higher value packs, note that all items in reward packs are non-tradable and cannot be listed on the Ultimate Team transfer market.
