Return of the Ancients has added 42 PoE 2 new unique items for players to discover, test, and build around in Patch 0.5.0. Most of the unique items can be obtained just by playing the game through the campaign and on the Atlas, while others are locked behind specific bosses from the newly overhauled endgame systems, such as Breach, Delirium, and Ritual.

Best Unique Items to Watch Out for in PoE 2 (0.5.0)
- Mageblood: The Mageblood can be utilized by all builds, especially with the right Mage’s Legacy modifiers. Aim to get either “Quicksilver” (30% increased movement speed) or “Diamond” (75% increased critical hit chance.
- Loreweave: The Loreweave can unlock so many PoE 2 builds, particularly when you get one that has the right unique ring modifiers.
- The Taming: If you are playing a Twister build, getting this will greatly improve your clear speed. This is because The Taming grants the Twister projectiles the ability to Ignite, Shock, and Chill enemies.
- Split Personality: If you want to reach nodes that are too far from your ascendancy class’s starting point on the passive tree, then Split Personality can help you allocate those.
- Voices: In the endgame, having up to four additional jewel sockets can go a long way. Hence, invest in the Voices, specifically the version that has at least three sinister jewel sockets.
