Struggling with the latest Roblox hit? Then we’ve got the perfect Roblox Jujutsu Infinite beginner’s guide just for you. Before you read our guide, here’s our Roblox guide for beginners as well so you know what to do if you’re new not just to Jujutsu Infinite, but to Roblox as a whole.

We’ve also got a Roblox store where you can get Robux at affordable prices! Make sure to drop by when you’re in need.
Innates
Right after completing the tutorial, the first thing the game wants you to do is roll for Innates.
Currently, there are five rarities of Innates in the game, but the main ones you'll want are either Legendary or Special Grade Innates because, obviously, they are far superior to the normal ones. While there are some viable abilities in rarities like Rare and Uncommon, you still want to try to get the Rare ones when you can.
At the moment, there are six Special Grades in the game, which are:
- Infinity (Gojo)
- Demon Vessel (for Sukuna)
- Soul Manipulation (for Mahito)
- Star Rage (for Yuki)
- Gamble Fever (for Hakari)
- Curse Queen (for UTA)
In order to get spins, you can either use codes, buy them with Robux, get them from daily rewards, complete daily quests, or just AFK in the AFK run.
Another thing you can do with Robux is buy more Innate slots. This allows you to have up to three or four Innate techniques at once. Personally, if you have good Innates, you don’t really need more than two to three because they all have a lot of moves anyway.
Keep in mind, though, you have an innate move limit, so if you have four Innates, that’s only two moves for each Innate. But it all depends on what playstyle you want to use.
The other game pass in the Innate section is the Innate Bag, which, if you’ve played Shinobi Life, is kind of like the Bloodline Bag. Every Innate you’ve ever rolled is stored in a menu, and from all the Innates you’ve ever rolled, you can switch them out freely into any of your slots.
The last kind of ability is Heavenly Restriction. Unfortunately, this is a game pass, and it’s only obtainable with 1,700 Robux. However, in return, you get to invade others’ domains, and it’s just a really powerful move set. But the catch is you can't use any other Innate with it.

Also, you can't use any Curse Techniques, which includes abilities like Divergent Fist, Veil, and others. Hopefully, they’ll add an alternative method to obtain it later, but I’m not sure when that might be.
Once you’ve rolled your Innates, you can finally finish your character and jump into the game.
Leveling
Once you're in the main lobby, you can start leveling up. There are currently a lot of ways to level up, but if you're just starting out, we’d recommend completing the storyline. This will carry you all the way to max level while you complete side quests along the way.
The storyline also gives you a free Nerf Domain Expansion, as well as a maximum scroll, which we’ll go over in more detail later.
Once you reach level 60, you can start increasing your grade. This is really important when leveling up, as increasing your grade unlocks more advanced and harder quests, which come with better rewards.

Other methods to level up include doing your daily quests, which we recommend because they give you a solid amount of XP when you're just starting out.
You can also level up by doing bosses and investigations, though these only unlock around level 60. Personally, we’d suggest focusing on the storyline and completing the quests for the best results early on.
While you're leveling up, you'll unlock skill points. With these skill points, you can upgrade your skill trees. Right now, there are four skill trees in the game, but you should use your skill points wisely.
Even at max level, you can really only fully upgrade two skill trees, with some points left over. So, you’ll need to think carefully about how to distribute them.
Health Tree
The first skill tree is Health. Here, you’ll find a bunch of health buffs, as this is the only way to upgrade your health aside from wearing armor. This tree also contains some important techniques like Reverse Curse Technique, which heals you a lot, and other health-related skills like Arm Sacrifice, which can save you from dying once per life.
Focus Tree
Next, we have the Focus Tree. This tree mainly upgrades your Black Flash in various ways, as well as increasing your focus gain. Focus is the bar used to perform Black Flash chants and maximum techniques, which are more late-game stuff. We’ll get into that in more detail later in the video.
Technique Tree
Third, we have the Technique Tree, which, as you can probably guess, allows you to unlock a bunch of extra techniques. These include abilities like Cursed Reinforcement, Divergent Fist, Veil, and Simple Domain.
This skill tree also buffs all your innate techniques’ damage, lets you upgrade your domain, and allows you to unlock chanting.
Strength Tree
Finally, there’s the Strength Tree. This tree mainly buffs your melee damage, but it also gives you some martial arts moves and upgraded dashes. If you're planning on using Heavenly Restriction, we suggest upgrading the Strength Tree because you can actually use the strength moves while under Heavenly Restriction.
Innate Section
We also have an Innate section where you can buy and unlock new innate moves from the ones you've already unlocked. This includes unlocking maximum techniques and domain expansions. Domains and maximums are a bit complicated to unlock, but for standard innate moves, there are two things you’ll need: money and mastery.

Money can be obtained from a lot of things, such as bosses, quests, selling items, codes, and investigations. It’s really valuable, especially when you get to the more advanced moves, because you’re going to need a lot of it—trust us.
The other thing you need is Mastery, which works similarly to games like Blox Fruits. To upgrade the Mastery of an item, you just have to hold that item and kill enemies with it.
So, if you're trying to upgrade the Mastery of an innate, for example, just M1 while holding the innate ability and use the moves associated with that innate. There are also specific items you can find in chests that can upgrade the Mastery of your innates.
Bosses/Gear
In Roblox Jujutsu Infinite, weapons and armors, including Mythic weapons and armors, are typically obtained by fighting bosses or completing investigations. Currently, there are six bosses in the game, listed here in order of difficulty:
- Finger Bear
- Tagon
- Mahito
- Joo
- Toi
- High Sukuna
Each boss has its own separate drops, and all of them have an insanely low chance of dropping their best gear. Keep in mind that you can increase the difficulty of each boss fight, which will give you better drops and increase the chances of getting their best items.
However, even on the Nightmare difficulty, the chances are slim— we’re talking about a 1% chance to get their Special Grade drops.
Don't forget that these bosses aren’t just walkovers; they are raid bosses, meaning you’ll need to learn their move sets and strategies before you can actually defeat them.
Luckily, you can team up with up to three other players to take down these bosses, but do keep in mind that the more players involved, the more HP the boss will have, so things will get tougher the bigger your group is.
Personally, it took me at least two to three tries to finally defeat the final boss, so good luck!
While bosses mainly drop armor, they don’t tend to drop weapons. If you’re specifically after weapons, you can do investigations, which are long missions filled with curses and mini-bosses.
These missions also have a very low chance of dropping Special Grade items, so if you’re lucky enough to unlock one, congratulations! However, if you’re unlucky and haven’t gotten the items after maybe 50 tries, you can craft them.
You’ll still need to go through the missions at least 50 times on the hardest difficulty just to gather enough materials to craft the Special Grade drops. So, as you can see, it’s not going to be easy, but it's possible with a little persistence!
Buffs
Let’s talk about some important items in the game, starting with Buffs. If you didn’t know, you can actually buff your luck when opening chests. This can be done by using Luck Vials or Beckoning Cats.
Luck Vials are a standard item found in chests, but Beckoning Cats range from uncommon drops that give you a 1.1x luck boost, all the way up to special grade drops that give you a 1.5x luck boost.

You can also stack one Beckoning Cat and one Luck Vial for an additional 5% luck boost, but keep in mind that you can't stack multiple Beckoning Cats.
There are also a variety of other vials, such as Damage, Focus, Health, and Agility vials, all of which buff their respective stats. Moving up from there, we have Gourds, which are basically stronger versions of the vials.
One particularly interesting gourd is the Rage Gourd, which boosts your damage by 40%, but the catch is that it also makes you take 40% more damage. However, the trade-off is that you also gain Life Steal, meaning each time you kill a mob, you heal 2.5% of your health.
Lastly, there’s the Fortune Gourd, which gives you a 2x boost for both cash and XP, as well as an additional 100% luck boost for one chest. It’s a great way to maximize your gains for a short period.
Now, the final luck-based item is the Lotuses. There are four types of Lotuses in the game, and these guarantee that a chest will contain a specific rarity of drops or higher. For example, the White Lotus guarantees that all drops will be uncommon or higher, and the rarest one is the Iridescent Lotus, which guarantees Special Grade drops.
However, the Iridescent Lotus is a unique item, and it’s extremely rare— we're talking about a 0.1% chance to get it from chests. So, if you manage to get your hands on one, consider yourself very lucky!
Special Items
Let’s talk about Special Grade and progression items. First up are the Demon Fingers, also known as Sakuna Fingers. These used to be used to upgrade your grade, but that functionality has since been removed. Now, all they’re really used for is trading and buying items in the Cursed Market. While they aren't as valuable as they once were, they can still be useful in that regard.
Next, we have Domain Shards and Maximum Scrolls. Let’s start with Domain Shards. As you’d expect, Domain Shards allow you to unlock any domain that you have available from your Innates. However, to use them, you need to have one of the few Curse Techniques that can actually unlock a domain. If you don’t have an innate with a domain, don’t worry—you can just wait until you get one and then use the Domain Shard.
Domain Shards are a unique drop, but you can also find them around the map extremely rarely or trade for them in the Cursed Market, which we'll dive into later. Additionally, you can get a budget version of a Domain Shard by completing the storyline. At the end of the storyline, you'll receive an item that grants you a domain. This item acts like a regular domain, except it doesn’t have any special effects. For example, Joo’s Domain would normally burn enemies, but this budget version likely just buffs your damage and defense a little. It’s not intended to be your ultimate ability but can be useful for clashing with other players’ domains, especially if you don’t have an innate that provides one.
And yes, Domain Clashing is a thing in the game! If you didn’t know, you can clash domains with other players, which is actually pretty cool. All you have to do is press the right keys at the right time and hit the purple part to win the clash.
Now, let’s talk about Maximum Scrolls. These are obtained in the same way as Domain Shards but unlock Maximum Techniques instead. You can also get a Maximum Scroll from the storyline, which, unlike the nerfed Domain Shard, actually gives you a full Maximum Technique.

To use these techniques, however, you'll need to perform Black Flashes, but it’s a bit of a weird mechanic that we’ll discuss more later when we talk about chants.
Moving on, there are two special grade buff items that can grant you Awakenings and Energy Nature. The first is the Purified Cursed Hand, which can drop from chests or be sold in the Cursed Market. This item unlocks a random Awakening, which provides permanent stat or move buffs. There are three rarities for Awakenings: Common (70% chance), Rare (20%), and Legendary (10%). If you happen to roll a bad Awakening, you can simply reroll it by using another Cursed Hand if you find one.
Chants/Ults
Now, let’s dive into the Enchanting System. As mentioned before, chants are unlocked in the Technique Tree, but in order to actually use them, you need to activate your Focus Tree to unlock Black Flashes. Once you unlock the Focus Tree, you’ll notice you have at least three Focus bars. To fill these bars, all you need to do is deal damage with M1s or techniques. After filling a bar, you can either:
- Use Reverse Curse Technique to consume the bar.
- Perform a Black Flash by being in shift-lock mode and pressing M2 and R on your keyboard.
- Use a Chant by also being in shift-lock mode, pressing M2 and the key for the move at the same time (for example, M2 and X or M2 and R, depending on the move).
Keep in mind that chanting only works on specific moves. Once you have a full Focus bar, the moves that turn purple are the ones that can be chanted. Chants essentially just buff the damage of your moves, but for Maximum Techniques and Awakenings, you’ll need Black Flash Tokens to use them.
To get a token, you have to land a Black Flash on an opponent. Make sure you hit it, because if you miss, you’ve just wasted a Focus bar. After landing one, you’ll get one token. However, for most Maximum Techniques, you'll need at least three tokens, which means you’ll need to hit three Black Flashes to be able to use your technique.
To make it easier to fill up your bars, we recommend upgrading your Focus Tree since that’s where you can speed up the process. Once you’ve finally collected three tokens, you’ll notice the move becomes unlocked, and you can use it—just be sure not to miss, or you’ll waste it.
You can also awaken Six Eyes and High Sukuna (and probably future modes) with three Black Flash tokens. Each of these has its own special ultimate moves. To use their special moves, you’ll technically need five Focus bars: three for the Black Flash tokens to awaken the mode and two for the chanted moves.
For Sukuna's World Cleave, you need to awaken, land a chanted Dismantle, and follow it up with a chanted Cleave at the same time.
For Gojo's Hollow Nuke, you need to use Six Eyes and then shoot up a chanted Blue. Before the enemy can destroy your chanted Blue, shoot up a chanted Red and fuse it to create a Hollow Purple Nuke.
Cursed Market
Finally, let’s talk about the Cursed Market. The Cursed Market is located in Dudu High, near the spawn area. Essentially, it’s a shop that offers a wide range of items, which you can trade for other items. The vendor usually has items like Petrified Hands, Sakuna Fingers, and other goodies. If you’re lucky, you might even find Domain Shards in his inventory.
The Cursed Market refreshes every six hours, so make sure to check back regularly for new stock. Hopefully, you can score some good items from his wares!
