RS3 League Catalyst Tier 2 Relic Guide - Best Relic To Pick

The world of Runescape is huge and one must have the means of fast transportation if one wishes to play this game in a meaningful manner. As we play the game, we unlock many different teleports which allow us to move around freely, but it takes time to unlock those said teleports.

In RS3 League Catalyst, however, we get to have a really powerful teleport item that can take us to various locations, even ones we can’t get to by normal means. Once again, we have a meaningful choice to make between 3 teleport relics. Let’s see how they fare against one another.

Before you check out our best relic guide, drop by our RS3 store. We’ve got RS3 gold, items, and more for sale.

Fairy’s Flight

Our first teleport relic is all about farming patches, spirit trees, and fairy rings. Let’s see what it offers:

  • Grants an item called Fairy Mushroom that allows the player to teleport to any fairy ring, spirit tree, or farming patch.
  • Automatically completes the Tree Gnome Village Quest.

This relic can be a solid choice if you are not picking Farming Frenzy at tier 2 and Perkfection in tier 6. If you are picking Farming Frenzy, you don’t need to teleport to farming patches to do your farm runs, so it becomes redundant.

Being able to teleport to any fairy ring or spirit tree is nice to move around at first, but if you are going to pick Perkfection, you will have infinite amounts of portable spirit trees and fairy rings, so this part of the relic also becomes redundant.

Furthermore Tree Gnome Village quest is a very simple and easy early game quest to complete to get some free attack experience so this being auto-completed becomes a debuff instead of a buff.

Verdict

Due to the overlap with other relics on other tiers, this relic is not as strong as it seems. As mentioned above, this can be a solid choice if you are not going for Farming Frenzy at tier 2 and Perkfection at tier 3. If you want to see exactly where this teleports you, here is a map of all the locations. Due to everything mentioned above, this relic is a 2/10.

Assassin’s Insight

This teleport relic is for the Slayer enjoyers out there. Let’s see what it offers:

  • Grants the Skull of Slaying that allows you to teleport to any Slayer master, Slayer dungeon, and a bunch of Slayer monsters.

This relic contains the most amount of teleports out of all 3. Furthermore, most of the teleports in this relic cannot be acquired through other means, unlike the other two relics. This makes this relic all the more powerful and interesting, as it will change your playstyle completely.

Every player who will play Leagues will probably do Slayer, so this will make our lives a lot easier. Being able to teleport to every Slayer master to receive our tasks and instantly teleporting to the monster that we need to kill is a huge buff.

Not to mention some monsters, such as tormented demons, are found in places that are really annoying to get to; this completely gets rid of that inconvenience and saves you a ton of time. Priffdinas is also unlocked at the start of the game, so this allows us to teleport to Movran, which is in Priffdinas, which allows us to skip the pain to get there for the first time.

But let’s not forget this relic does not auto-complete any quests, so any monster teleport that is locked behind a quest will be locked until you complete that said quest.

Verdict

This relic is way more interesting than the other ones and provides teleports that you cannot get otherwise. Due to these factors, it is a solid choice to pick and use. If you want a comparison between this and the fairies' flight, here is a link to an interactive map for you to check out. Overall this relic gets a 7/10 from us.

Voidwalker

This is our jewelry teleport relic. Here is what it offers:

  • Provides an item called Abyssal Conduit. This item provides unlimited teleports from the following jewellery:
  • Amulet of glory
  • Combat bracelet
  • Delver’s Anklet
  • Dig site pendant
  • Enlightened amulet
  • Ferocious ring
  • Games necklace
  • Ring of duelling
  • Ring of respawn
  • Ring of Slaying
  • Ring of wealth
  • Skills necklace
  • Traveller’s necklace

This is a solid upgraded version of the item Passage of Abyss. The problem is also that you can already get a version of this item in the game, and it won’t be hard to get, considering all the other relics we are getting.

If we also factor in the excavator relic, giving us all the gems we need for teleports, this relic quickly becomes useless and boring. Also, in Runescape 3, you can already unlock teleports to every major settlement via lodestones, so most of these teleports won’t be that useful anyway.

Here’s a summary of everything that you need to know about the best Tier 3 relics for RS3 League.

Verdict

Fairy’s Flight

• Grants the Fairy Mushroom item

• Teleports to any fairy ring, spirit tree, or farming patch

• Auto-completes Tree Gnome Village quest

• Great early mobility if you don’t pick Farming Frenzy (T2) or Perkfection (T6)

• Convenient farming patch teleports

• Useful fairy ring and spirit tree access at the start

• Overlaps with Farming Frenzy and Perkfection, making it redundant

• Tree Gnome Village is already an easy quest, so auto-complete is wasted

• Utility falls off later in the League

2/10 - Niche usefulness, but heavily overshadowed by other relics

Assassin’s Insight

• Grants the Skull of Slaying

• Teleports to all Slayer masters

• Teleports to Slayer dungeons

• Teleports to many Slayer monsters

• Largest set of teleports out of the three relics

• Covers unique teleports not available elsewhere

• Saves massive travel time for Slayer tasks

• Lets you instantly access Slayer masters and task monsters

• Early teleport to Prifddinas via Movran

• No auto-complete for quests, so some teleports are locked until questing

• Primarily useful only if you commit to Slayer

7/10 - Strong utility and unique value, especially for Slayer-focused play

Voidwalker

• Grants the Abyssal Conduit

• Provides unlimited teleports from:

- Amulet of glory

- Combat bracelet

- Delver’s anklet

- Dig site pendant

- Enlightened amulet

- Ferocious ring

- Games necklace

- Ring of duelling

- Ring of respawn

- Ring of slaying

- Ring of wealth

- Skills necklace

- Traveller’s necklace

• Acts as an upgraded Passage of the Abyss

• Provides a wide range of jewelry teleports in one item

• Redundant with lodestones, which already cover most settlements

• Passage of the Abyss already exists in-game

• Excavator relic provides gems, making jewelry crafting easy

• Lacks unique value compared to other relics

1/10 - Redundant and weak, worst pick of the three

Verdict

Due to the existence of lodestones and the entirety of this item already existing in the game, we are going to give it a 1/10.
