Skill Casting Delays - D2R 2.6

D2R has a bunch of skills with a cooldown/casting delay. These skills are not affected by Faster Cast Rate, it merely decreases the animation speed instead. Here is the list of all the affected skills with their casting delays:

• Plague Javelin - 1 Second
• Valkyrie - 0.6 Second
• Immolation Arrow - 1 Second

Assassin Casting Delays

• Shadow Warrior - 0.6 Second
• Shadow Master - 0.6 Second
• Shock Web - 0.6 Second
• Blade Sentinel - 1 Second

Barbarian Casting Delays

-None

Druid Casting Delays

• Firestorm - 0.6 Second
• Molten Boulder - 1 Second
• Fissure - 2 Second
• Volcano - 4 Second
• Werewolf - 1 Second
• Werebear - 1 Second

Necromancer Casting Delays

-None

Paladin Casting Delays

• First of Heavens - 0.4 Second

Sorceress Casting Delays

• Blizzard - 1.8 Second
• Frozen Orb - 1 Second
• Fire Wall - 1.4 Second
• Meteor - 1.2 Second
• Hydra - 1.6 Second
