Items in Last Epoch are the foundation of every build — the right Exalted affix combination, a Unique with sufficient Legendary Potential, or a correctly rolled Idol can be the difference between a build that functions at 400+ Corruption and one that stalls in standard Monolith content. In Season 4: Shattered Omens, the item landscape expanded with new Corrupted items, new Uniques, and new Set items — all resetting with the fresh economy on March 26, 2026. Our cheap Last Epoch items for sale are sourced for the current season and delivered directly to your account via in-game trading.

Exalted items are the highest tier of base gear in Last Epoch — normal items with up to four affixes, where at least one is an Exalted-tier affix providing significantly higher values than standard T5 rolls. Exalted items are the primary crafting base for Legendary items: when slammed into a compatible Unique via the Eternity Cache, the Exalted affix transfers onto the Unique alongside its existing implicit modifiers, creating a Legendary with combined power.
The most valuable Exalted items carry T6 or T7 affixes in slots and stat combinations demanded by the current season meta builds. These typically sell for 100,000–2,000,000 Last Epoch Gold on the Merchant's Guild Bazaar. Season 4's Spellblade rework and new Rogue skills have shifted demand toward specific affix combinations — our stock is updated accordingly.
Unique items in Last Epoch carry fixed implicit modifiers that define specific build archetypes — many top-tier builds are gated behind obtaining the right Unique. Legendary Potential (LP) is a separate stat on Uniques that determines how many Exalted affixes can be transferred onto the item via the Eternity Cache. A Unique with 0 LP cannot be crafted into a Legendary. A Unique with 4 LP can inherit up to four Exalted affixes, creating some of the strongest items possible in the game.
Season 4 improves the Legendary Potential system introduced in Season 2: players can now reroll Legendary Potential on a Unique if the value is too low, and completing Tier 2+ Temporal Sanctum runs guarantees a chosen affix transfers rather than selecting randomly. This makes high-LP Uniques — particularly those with 2, 3, or 4 LP — consistently the most expensive items on the Bazaar, ranging from 200,000 to 10,000,000 Gold for meta-relevant pieces.
New in Season 4: Shattered Omens. Corrupted items are created by applying a Rune of Corruption — dropped from Omen boss encounters — to any item. The result is unpredictable: the item may gain a unique modifier unavailable through any other crafting method, be significantly empowered across existing affixes, or be downgraded or destroyed entirely. Corrupted items with strong rolls are among the most valuable tradeable assets of the current season, as supply is limited by the relatively low Rune of Corruption drop rate from Omen Windows.
Last Epoch's crafting system consumes Glyphs, Runes, and Shards to add, remove, upgrade, and stabilize affixes on gear. Key materials include Rune of Ascendance (upgrades an affix to Exalted tier), Glyph of Despair (removes one affix), and Glyph of Envy (targets a specific affix during crafting). Advanced crafting at the endgame level burns through materials quickly — a single attempt at crafting a T7 Exalted item can consume dozens of Shards across multiple fracture risks.
Idols are slotted into the Idol Grid to provide passive stat bonuses and unique modifiers that supplement your character's skill tree. Unlike standard gear, Idol affixes can provide highly specific bonuses tied to individual skills — making a correctly rolled Idol for your build as impactful as a well-crafted weapon or armor piece. In Season 4, Idol Altars change the shape of the Idol Grid and add special slots for the new Omen Idol tier, making Idol selection more complex and high-value Idols more sought-after on the Bazaar. Top-tier Idols sell for 50,000–10,000,000 Gold depending on affix precision.
Knowing which items to target at each stage of Season 4 progression determines how efficiently you advance through Monolith content.
In the early season (Ranks 1–6 in your chosen faction, standard Monoliths), prioritize crafting materials and mid-tier Exalted bases. The Bazaar is still forming and prices are volatile — buying crafting materials now saves significant Gold compared to peak-season pricing.
In the mid season (Ranks 7–9, Empowered Monoliths), Exalted items with T6 affixes and 1–2 LP Uniques become the primary upgrade targets. This is where most of the Bazaar trading volume concentrates and where correctly purchased items generate the largest immediate power gain per Gold spent.
In the late season (Rank 9+, 300–400+ Corruption), the focus shifts to 3–4 LP Uniques for Legendary crafting, T7 Exalted affixes in BiS slots, and Corrupted items with powerful rolls. These are the most expensive items of the cycle and the hardest to obtain without either deep farming or direct purchase.
To purchase items on the Merchant's Guild Bazaar, you need both Last Epoch Gold and Last Epoch Favor Points. If you'd rather skip progression entirely and start at endgame content, our Last Epoch boosting services cover campaign completion, leveling, and Monolith progression to get you there faster.
