You can now also earn Faction XP through activities like co-op quests, plus taking out opposing Faction’s members, to progress through 15 Faction Ranks for Sylmael Crystals which can be exchanged for valuable rewards like honing materials, card packs, mounts, skins, and more. From Rank 10 on, your XP earned throughout a week (starting at 6 AM local time on maintenance day) will be recorded. Changing Factions after Rank 11 will result in an XP penalty and possibly a lower Rank.

Lost Ark Birthday Celebration from February 8th
10th of February, 2023To celebrate Lost Ark’s birthday and thank everyone who’s joined us in Arkesia, the February update includes special events full of valuable rewards. In a new two-part event, birthday cards are scattered around Arkesia— and some of them can be found in a new Hot Spring team-based event. Along with the events, there are two monthly log-in reward tracks full of birthday gifts, like the Mirror Ball Bubble Mount!

The Witcher arrives in Arkesia!
13th of January, 2023The Lost Ark x The Witcher event arrives next week in the January update. A beautiful island’s festivities have been interrupted by a mystifying vortex. Uncovering the mysteries will lead to encounters with iconic characters from The Witcher on an all-new island and in new event quests.
The Lost Ark x The Witcher collaboration and event will begin on January 18 after weekly maintenance, and run until February 22. As you work with Geralt, Ciri, Dandelion, Yennefer, and Triss through a series of story and daily quests, a variety of Witcher themed items are available as rewards. Quest rewards include Witcher Potions, 3 Jukebox songs, a new Card Set featuring 5 Witcher Characters, a Stronghold structure, Emoticons & Selfie Stickers, and even a Title!
Participating in the event requires completion of the Main Story Quest, which unlocks the ability to sail around Arkesia. With Main Quests & Daily Quests to be completed, players can use the Ocean Liner for quick trips to White Wolf Haven Island.
Wreck the Halls update
16th of December, 2022The new, December “Wreck the Halls” Update has just arrived in Arkesia. The road to Brelshaza concludes tomorrow, when the cunning and ruthless Phantom Legion Commander arrives. Brelshaza isn’t the only powerful force arriving in Arkesia— Caliligos, the master of lighting, is available to challenge in a new Guardian Raid, and the Summoner Advanced Class adds a new powerful tool for any player looking to bolster their roster.
The new content doesn’t stop with the new raids and a new Advanced Class. New Tier 3 Progression Materials, higher level South Vern ‘Void’ Chaos Dungeons, and Hard T3 Cube & Boss Rush activities (Item Level 1490) arrive along with a new Neria’s Wardrobe, a festive Holiday Event, and a new accessory type; the Bracelet.

Lost Ark New Events!
11th of November, 2022Mystic Abyss Raid Event
The event has three gates for players to battle through, and players are rewarded event tokens once the raid is successfully cleared. Mystic Event Tokens can be exchanged for a variety of rewards and items through an Exchange NPC located in each city. Along with the event rewards, there are a variety of Achievements to be earned. Mystic can be challenged once per week, per roster.
Vykas Legion Raid - Inferno Difficulty
Entry into the Vykas Legion Raid Inferno difficulty will require Item Level 1460. Rather than chasing the normal rewards of gear, materials, and everything else you’d receive in a Legion Raid, Inferno rewards instead showcase your victory with titles, achievements, and Stronghold structures! ‘Scale of Balance’ is applied, and the raid requires use of the Book of Coordination, so everyone’s gear is normalized against the level of your Legion Commander opponent.
Achates Trial Guardia
The Achates Trial Guardian Raid can only be entered after setting up your build through the 'Book of Coordination'. If defeated, prestigious rewards of achievements and a Legendary Title will be earned by the vanquishing party to award prestige and celebrate their hard-fought victory.
Heroes of Arkesia!
14th of Octobre, 2022Ark Pass Season 2 released on October 12th and offers players new ways to earn valuable rewards by playing Lost Ark. Players can complete missions to progress through 30 Ark Pass tiers, and new rewards are unlocked and earned with each tier reached. The regular Ark Pass is completely free and grants a variety of helpful rewards such as Pheons, Enhancement Material Selection Chests, Pirate Coins, and even a Legendary Map Pack! Ark Pass progress is earned across the squad, and rewards are squad-bound.
Updates and servers merge in Lost Ark
9th of September, 2022The second update in September will be the major content update, including a new Advanced Class (MACHINIST), Legion Raid (KAKUL-SAYDON), events and new skins. This update will also include some server merges. Try the high-tech battlefield prowess of the Machinist in action and defeat the members of the Midnight Circus in the newest raid. You need minimum 1475 item level to attempt the normal difficulty.
The Machinist arrives in Arkesia armed to the teeth with highest-tech laser weapons, machine guns and drones. When standard weapons and drone strikes aren’t enough to take down a target, you can activate their identity skill and suit up in cutting-edge technology with the Hypersync ability.
