Utility: Guillaume’s Face is a great helm for Melee builds like Smiters, Zealots, Vengeance Paladins, Berserk Barbarians, Frenzy Barbarians, Fury Druids amongst others. It is also a good helm choice for mercenaries.

Utility: Whitstan’s Guard is by far the best shield for blocking monster attacks in the entire game. It has decent defense stats, especially when upgraded, and the 40% faster block rate provides a huge boost to blocked attacks ratio. Due to the very high increased chance of blocking, characters won’t require high dexterity stats to achieve maximum block rate (75%) against monsters.

Utility: Trang Oul’s gloves is one of the two gloves that provides additional faster cast rate (with magefist being the other). Almost every caster build relies on high faster cast rate % items, and TO gloves or Magefist is pretty much a matter of taste. If you prefer higher cold resistance, TO gloves are the best choice. They are also sufficient as end-game gloves.

Utility: Tal belt is a good magic find belt option for any build, but they are by far the most useful for caster sorceresses.
