The developers of Grow a Garden are pretty busy when it comes to updates and events for the game. If you've been playing recently, you must've seen the new update adding prehistoric creatures to the game.

The Grow a Garden Prehistoric update is now up and running if you haven't noticed yet. The new update brings in new seeds, pets, and more to the game. As always, it's easy to get overwhelmed with all of what's added, but as always, we're here to help you out.

In this guide, we'll show you everything that you need to know about the Prehistoric event in the game right now. If you want a little boost in the form of Grow a Garden pets, seed packs, or money, we've got that as well. First, let's talk about the basics of the event and why you should pay attention to it.

What is the Prehistoric Event in Grow a Garden?

This is a new dinosaur-themed event in Grow a Garden. It will run from July 5 to July 12. Since this is only a small event, there are only a few rewards to get but keep in mind that you still have limited time to get them. There are still a few days before it ends so make sure that you do your best to get every item ASAP.

Once you log into the game, make sure to head to the center of the map and look for an NPC named Blair. She is a researcher looking for help. You can be that helping hand by doing daily quests, which in the game are called Dino Quests. These function like regular daily quests in Grow a Garden in a sense that you'll need to do three a day.

You'll need to complete three of these quests per day. This changes player to player on a daily basis. Once done, you'll be rewarded with the following:

  • 1 Dino Egg
  • 1 Dino Crate
  • 1 Ancient Seed Pack

To start the quests, talk to Blaire and select “Show me the quests” option. You'll immediately see a few that are assigned to you. You can do a total of six quests per day since they reset once every 12 hours. If you have the Robux for it, you can skip it the quests by paying 89 Robux to get the rewards.

The Dino Quests are similar to the Daily Quests but these will have you planting specific seeds, harvesting crops, crafting gear, etc., that are related to the event. Here are the possible quests you can get.

As you go through the rewards each day, you'll fill up a bar that nets you a big reward at the end of the week. In total, you'll need to do 21 Dino Quests to fill up the bar. The goal is to earn the Bone Blossom which is apparently better than the Candy Blossom right now.

Before that though, you'll get other rewards as you progress through the weekly meter. Those are:

Once you've had your fill of seeds in the Ancient Seed Pack, the next thing to do is to start hoarding those Dinosaur Eggs. Like the crops, these are going to be very valuable but they won't be gone after the event. Still, it's worth getting these pets now.
