OSRS Fastest 1-99 Construction Training Methods 2025

OSRS Construction is one of the most important end game skills in the game. Training this skill will allow you to have a private hub that have teleports to every important location in the game, allows you to change your spellbook from one spot, allows access to the best Prayer training method in the game, and restores all of your stats when you need to. From farm runs to high level PVP and PVMing a good house is a must have for any account. In this guide we will explore the quickest ways to get to level 99 Constructions so you can build your own end-game house to help your account out! Remember Construction is one of the most expensive skills in the game, and we will look at the fastest experience rates, so you will need a lot of OSRS gold for these methods.

Fastest Construction Experience

Before we begin you will need some basic items and a house. To do this simply talk to any estate agent across OSRS and buy yourself a starter home. While you are at it get a hammer and a saw because we have a lot to build! It is also recommended that you turn on the options that automatically turns on Construction mode when you enter your house to save some time.

Levels 1-4 Crude Wooden Chair

Get ready because we are about to speed-run Construction! Before we begin we will need to stock up on some materials. It is recommended that you buy all the materials needed for the starting levels first to avoid wasting time. Get 94 regular planks, 270 Oak planks, your cash stack, and around 250 nails. Note all of these items except an inventory of regular planks and teleport to your house in Rimmington. You will notice some chair spaces in your starter room so start constructing some crude chairs. Each chair gives 58 experience so, you only need to construct 5 chairs to reach level 4.

Levels 4-9 Wooden Bookcase

Once you reach level 9 you can start to build bookcases in the same room. You will need to build a total of 7 bookcases so you will run out of the planks that you brought. Simply exit your house and head to the first house you see in Rimmington. Inside you will see an NPC named Phials. Use your noted planks on him to un-note them. He will require some gold so that is why we have our cash stack in our inventory. You can right-click the home portal to enter building mode.

Levels 9-15 Wooden Larder

At level 9 you can start building wooden larders. To build these larders you will first need to create a kitchen room. To do that simply right click on the white door icons and select kitchen. Inside the kitchen, you will notice a larder space which we will be using to build some wooden larders. Each larder gives 228 experience so we will only need to build 7 of them before moving on.

Levels 15-16 Repair Bench

At level 15 we can take a sigh of relief as we no longer need our nails to build stuff in our house. You can simply drop your remaining nails. Get your oak planks un-noted, and buy a workshop room in your house. Inside you will see a repair station space, start building some repair benches there. You only need to build 3 repair benches for level 16 Construction.

Levels 16-22 Crafting Table 1

In the same workshop, you will also notice a clock making space. Start building crafting table 1s in that space. Each crafting table gives 240 experience so, you only need to build 12 crafting tables to get level 22 Construction.

Levels 22-31 Oak Dining Table

At level 22 we will need to buy yet another room for our upcoming training method. Buy yourself a dining room and make sure that this room is directly next to your home portal as we will be using this room a lot in the upcoming levels. You can start building oak dining tables in this room. Each table grants 240 experience so in total you will need to build 39 tables to reach level 31.

Hiring a Butler

At level 30 hiring a butler becomes viable so it is recommended that you hire the cook to help you with your Construction. This will significantly increase your experience rates as you will no longer need to go out of your house to fetch items. To hire a butler you will need to build two bedrooms in your house with beds constructed in them. After that you can head to Ardougne to hire some butlers. At level 40 make sure to fire your butler and hire the better one named "butler", and at level 50 the demon butler which is the best butler gets unlocked so make sure to hire him.

After you have hired your butler make sure to build a rope bell-pull (requires one oak plank and a rope) in your dining room. This will allow you to call your butler to your character.

At level 58 you can also build a "servant's money bag" in one of the bedrooms. Building this requires 2 mahogany planks, a bolt of cloth, and a gold leaf. Fancy for a butler but it is a great quality of life upgrade, as it allows you to store money inside the bag for your butler to use. Which frees up one of your inventory slots during training.

Levels 31-33 Carved Oak Table

At level 31 we can start building craved oak tables in the same space. These tables require two more oak planks but as a return, they provide a whopping 360 experience. This makes it so that you noly need to construct 10 of these to reach level 33.

Levels 33-52 Oak Larders

At level 33 we are moving back to the kitchen and removing our previous larder to build a bunch of oak ones. Each oak larder provides 480 experience so you will only need to build 220 oak larders (1,760 oak planks in total) to reach level 52. Make sure to upgrade your butler at levels 40 and 50 respectively.

Level 52-77 Mahogany Tables

We are once again moving back to the kitchen but before we do that for the upcoming method you will need to have 9,660 mahogany planks, which should cost you around 21M gold. Each mahogany table gives off 840 Construction experience which makes this method a 900k experience per hour method which is why the cost is worth every penny. You will need to build 1610 mahogany tables to reach level 77.

Levels 77-99 Gnome Benches

You might be wondering how could there be a method that yields more experience, well let me explain. Gnome benches also provide 840 Construction experience and they also require 6 planks to be built but they are built in the superior garden and there are two bench spaces right next to each other. This makes this method faster as you will be able to build in 2 spaces rather than 1 before you need to remove what you have built.

This makes this method a lot more click intensive than the mahogany table method. For this method, you will need to have 82,566 mahogany planks which costs around 180M gold. In return, however, you can get experience rates upwards of 1.1M per hour.

To do this method efficiently you need the follow this order:

1. Stand on the tile that is between the two benches. Have 18 mahogany planks.
2. Call your servant and make him fetch 24 planks from your bank.
3. As soon as you do that click to remove a built bench.
4. On the next tick click to build on the empty hotspot.
5. Every time you build a bench repeat steps 3 and 4.
6. The demon butler will restock your planks
7. Build and remove one bench using the new supplies before sending your butler back to your bank and as you do that return to step 2.

Level 95-99 Fastest Experience In the Game

If you have access to an infinite amount of money you can do this method. Each action will cost you an absurd 14.8M gold so proceed with caution, this is not a reasonable method that anybody does. This method requires magic stones, an item that can bought from the stonemason shops. You will be building crystal thrones which require 15 of these stones to be built. Each time you build these thrones you will receive 15K experience. Which will allow you to reach level 99 Construction in under 30 minutes.
