Game Guides , Path of Exile 2
Do you want to crush your opponents with a heavy blow? Do you want to rush through a thick pack of monsters and destroy them with a well-placed slam? These things can be done by the Warrior class in PoE 2 and he does so pretty well!
If you are looking for the best Warrior builds in Path of Exile 2, we have them right here! We will go over the most popular builds that people use when playing the Warrior class, so read the entire article to completion to learn what they are.
The Warrior builds we are going to talk about here feel so much better to play when equipped with the right items. If you need help with gearing, visit our PoE 2 Store anytime!
Why Choose the Warrior?

Each class in Path of Exile 2 has something interesting to offer. The Warrior might be the slowest character in the game, but he makes up for it by dealing huge amounts of damage with every attack.
The Warrior excels at using the mace. It is a blunt weapon that is perfect for slams, which is the default array of skills available to this PoE 2 class.
Those who choose the Warrior class often allocate a particular keystone passive called Giant's Blood. This allows the Warrior to wield a couple of two-handed weapons at the same time.
The downside of taking Giant's Blood is that it triples the attribute requirements of weapons, so any Warrior Build in Path of Exile 2 must have STR on almost every piece of gear to address this. You can check out our Best Keystones Passive guide if you want to learn more.
Despite its speed relative to the other classes in the game, the Warrior can clear maps at a respectable rate when given the right equipment. In fact, the Warrior deals so much damage that he can even one-shot pinnacle bosses like Xesht and The Arbiter of Ash!
If you got excited by that last statement, you will be happy to know that the builds we will highlight later on are all capable of this. In the meantime, let's talk about the popular skills being used by Warriors.
Best Warrior Skills to Use
As previously mentioned, the Warrior's default weapon is the mace. Although there are a bunch of them that you can take, there are only some mace skills worth checking out. These are:
Stampede

There are only two commonly used skills that Warriors use to kill map monsters effectively and one of them is Stampede. This skill prompts the Warrior to rush forward, leap in the air, and then slam the ground for massive AoE damage. There is a slight delay before the Warrior moves, which can be circumvented by "% Increased Attack Speed" modifiers.
What's cool about Stampede is that it not only creates Jagged Ground with each step, but also detonates it when the slam at the end of the animation hits it. This takes a little bit of practice, though if you get the hang of it, eliminating huge monster packs will be a breeze thanks to Stampede!
When you increase the quality of the skill gem, you will have a chance to cause an aftershock every time you use Stampede. That's why save several PoE 2 Gemcutter's Prisms for this skill to get a hold of this effect. An aftershock, for those who don't know, deals the same amount of damage as the initial impact, which is useful for both mapping and bossing.
Earthquake

When the Earthquake skill is used, the Warrior slams the ground and spikes will pop out after a couple of seconds, leaving patches of Jagged Ground in the process. While the skill itself is pretty damaging, it can be used in conjunction with Stampede to make the Jagged Ground explode.
You can address the delay of the earth spikes by incorporating Onslaught into your build somehow. One convenient way to do this is by equipping Thrillsteel, which gives you permanent Onslaught. If you are wondering what Onslaught is, it is a buff in PoE 2 that improves skill speed by 20% and movement speed by 10%.
Sunder

Sunder is another slam ability that causes a rolling fissure that moves forward, damaging enemies that are hit along the way. This is often paired with Armour Breaker because it "consumes" fully broken armor for a guaranteed critical hit.
Now, Sunder is a bit clunky to use manually, which is why it is socketed into the Ancestral Warrior Totem. The totem is not affected by the slowness of the skill. If anything, it is much more efficient when utilizing it.
Hammer of the Gods

And then, there's Hammer of the Gods! HotG, as it's known in the community, is a heavy-hitting skill that cannot be evaded. It takes roughly a few seconds before the gigantic hammer hits the ground, but when it does, it deals a significant amount of damage, so much so that it can one-shot even pinnacle bosses with the right gear equipped!
Hammer of the Gods is pretty much utilized by the vast majority of Warrior Builds in Path of Exile 2. It would be foolish not to, especially because of how much damage it is capable of!
Mace Strike
That's right! The default attack when using a mace is actually pretty good when you insert the right support gems. Stampede and the other slam skills may feel clunky and, in certain situations, you want to be able to hit the enemy instantly. That is where Mace Strike becomes handy.
Seismic Cry
This skill allows you to perform a warcry that deals physical damage, knocks enemies back, and increases stun build-up when you use the Dazing Cry support gem as well. Whenever a heavy-stunned enemy is hit with Seismic Cry, your next slam skill is empowered and will leave an additional aftershock, which can improve map-clearing efficiency.
Infernal Cry
Infernal Cry adds fire damage to your next attacks. This is often used along with Seismic Cry before casting Hammer of the Gods to ensure that the maximum damage will be dealt to bosses and rare monsters.
Berserk
Most PoE 2 Warrior Builds take advantage of Rage to make their attacks deal significantly more damage. Rage is a temporary resource that grants up to 30% more damage at max stacks. You can gain Rage by using the Raging Cry and Font of Rage support gems or via certain notable passive skills, such as Vengeful Fury or Ignore Pain.
Time of Need
This is not an attack or slam skill, but this buff is common no matter what PoE 2 Warrior Build you are running. When this is enabled, Time of Need recovers a portion of your life and removes debuffs like elemental ailments and curses. This can sometimes alleviate the need for Life Flasks and Charms to survive.
Scavenged Plating
The Warrior class typically uses STR-based gear that provides armor rather than evasion or energy shield. Since armor in Path of Exile 2 is in a rough state right now, any improvement in this defensive layer is definitely desired.
Scavenged Plating heavily bolsters the defense of the Warrior every time he breaks the armor of his enemies. This buff stacks up to 10 times, granting more armor and thorns damage per scavenged plating.
What is the Best Warrior Ascendancy Class?
When it comes to the ascendancy class for the Warrior, the Titan is the clear winner. Well, there are a few reasons for that.
First, the Titan has Hulking Form, which is an ascendancy node that increases the effect of travel and minor nodes on the passive tree. Each strength node you take on the passive tree will provide more of the said attribute than the rest of the ascendancy classes in the game. This single node lets you address the downside of Giant's Blood, where you need triple the attribute requirement on your weapons.
Second, the ascendancy node preceding Hulking Form called Colossal Capacity, gives you access to a small storage, allowing you to store more items before heading back to town. This might seem insignificant, but the additional storage lets you bring extra weapons and armor to maximize the damage of your build.
Third, there aren't a lot of passive nodes on the tree that boosts your health pool. Fortunately, this is not the case for the Titan since he has Mysterious Lineage. This ascendancy node grants 15% more maximum life, which works nicely with "+ to Maximum Life" modifiers on gear.
In contrast, the Warbringer is a more well-balanced Warrior ascendancy class in PoE 2. Anvil's Weight allows you to break the enemy's armor faster with your attacks. You can take things a step further by allocating Imploding Impacts, which can break enemy armor to a negative value (instead of zero).
For defense, Renly's Training significantly boosts the block chance of your equipped shield. Even a lowly shield becomes an awesome one with this ascendancy node. Although not as popular as Renly's Training, Turtle Charm is great if you want to block damage from all hits without raising your shield. It does reduce your block chance, though, so you have to rectify that by taking "Chance to Block" nodes on the passive tree.
Warcry skills provide utility and damage so if you want to maximize them, you can take Warcaller's Bellow and Greatwolf's Howl. The former makes nearby corpses explode, which is great for improving mapping efficiency. The latter, on the other hand, removes the cooldown of your warcries. This effectively makes Seismic Cry and Infernal Cry spammable, thus opening up more avenues for unorthodox builds.
So, which ascendancy class should you go for? If you want to maximize slam skills and have an easier time addressing Giant's Blood's triple attribute requirements, then go for the Titan. If you want a balance of offense and defense, then choose the Warbringer.
Best Warrior Builds
The Warrior builds that you are going to see below are still viable as of Patch 0.1.1. We don't know yet if GGG will implement changes that could alter any of our recommendations. For now, at least, you can never go wrong with any of the best Warrior Builds in Path of Exile 2 that you'll find in this article.
Take note that most of these builds require a relatively high investment. If you need more currency, don't forget to head to our PoE 2 currency store to get some. Anyway, let's get started!
Earthquake Titan
Boasting massive AoE damage with aftershocks, the Earthquake Titan is befitting its name because of how capable the build is in demolishing huge monster packs. Earthquake is the primary damage dealer of this build, of course.
As mentioned earlier, this skill has an inherent delay that needs to be addressed. Aside from wearing Thrillsteel, you can take the "Forthcoming" notable passive skill to further reduce the delay. You need to spend a lot of skill points to get to the node, but it's definitely worth it!
Herald of Thunder is also used to help with clearing maps. This won't activate when you do not have flat sources of lightning damage, so wear rings that provide added lightning damage. To ensure that you deal enough damage for Herald of Thunder to proc, wear at least a 70% Ingenuity or higher depending on your budget.
For your weapon, get a high physical damage two-handed mace with added fire damage to give more oomph to Hammer of the Gods. If you have the PoE 2 currency, invest in a mace that has "+ to Level of All Melee Skills" as well.
Morior Invictus, preferably one with increased maximum life and resistances, enables you to forgo resistance modifiers on your other pieces of gear. This means that you can have added physical, lightning, and fire damage on your gloves, as well as strength and intelligence on your boots. The good news is that this version of the unique body armor is not as expensive as the one with increased attributes.
While mapping, cast Infernal Cry and use Earthquake to decimate your foes and the Herald of Thunder aids you in this. You can occasionally whack a monster with Mace Strike, which is why you will use the Ruthless support gem on it.
For bosses, deactivate Herald of Thunder and replace it with Overwhelming Presence. After that, use your warcry skills before casting Hammer of the Gods. You need to get a rare amulet with at least 50 Spirit to activate the necessary buffs.
If you want to try the Earthquake Titan, here is the list of skills this PoE 2 build uses:
- Earthquake
- Martial Tempo
- Lightning Infusion
- Splinter
- Magnified Effect
- Swift Affliction
- Hammer of the Gods
- Heavy Swing
- Rageforged
- Second Wind
- Heft
- Concentrated Effect
- Infernal Cry
- Raging Cry
- Premeditation
- Ingenuity
- Inspiration
- Herald of Thunder
- Longshot
- Discombobulate
- Brutality
- Execute
- Mace Strike
- Ruthless
- Note: Replace Magnified Effect on Earthquake with Ruthless when fighting bosses
- Berserk
- Herbalism
- Cannibalism
- Time of Need
- Fast Forward
- Vitality
- Seismic Cry
- Dazing Cry
- Scavenged Plating
- Persistence

- Note: Activate only when fighting bosses. Turn off Herald of Thunder when doing so
- Ascendancy Nodes
- Colossal Capacity
- Hulking Form
- Mysterious Lineage
- Stone Skin
Boneshatter Titan
One of the best leveling builds for the Warrior, the Boneshatter Titan is a beginner build that you can use for endgame mapping and bossing if you want to. This build leverages Mace Strike to prime enemies for stun, and then Boneshatter to cause a massive explosion that can deal with normal, magic, and rare monsters with ease.
Mace Strike is also empowered by Armour Explosion. This triggers an explosion whenever you hit heavy-stunned enemies with Boneshatter. Armour Explosion makes the build relatively easy to use and can work with a minimal investment.
To make sure that you deal the most amount of damage possible, get a two-handed mace with 700+ physical damage. If you can squeeze some strength and increased stun duration, that would be more awesome!
Every piece of gear that you'll wear on the Boneshatter Titan must have strength. This is so that you can take full advantage of the percentage increases provided by the Titanrot Cataphract and Black Sun Crest. It is also crucial that you have at least one "Gain life per enemy killed" modifier as the Titanrot Cataphract removes life regeneration when equipped. This modifier can roll on the weapon, rings, and gloves.
Now, you are going to wear a shield on this build mainly to improve your defense. Grab one that has flat armor and "% Increased Armor" to get more than 500 armor on the shield itself. Use this slot to gain additional strength and resistances if you have to.
Hammer of the Gods will be your main skill against bosses. Use Seismic Cry first and then follow that up with Sunder to break the boss' armor. After that, utilize Hammer of the Gods to make quick work of the enemy.
Here are the skills that you need for the Boneshatter Titan:
- Mace Strike
- Heavy Swing
- Heft
- Martial Tempo
- Armour Explosion
- Ruthless
- Boneshatter
- Impact Shockwave
- Devastate
- Magnified Effect
- Behead
- Inspiration
- Hammer of the Gods
- Fist of War
- Exploit Weakness
- Fast Forward
- Execute
- Rageforged
- Seismic Cry
- Premeditation
- Dazing Cry
- Raging Cry
- Blind
- Stampede
- Close Combat
- Brutality
- Overpower
- Note: Use this to close the gap between you and the enemy. Also good when chasing enemies who are running away
- Sunder
- Longshot
- Demolisher
- Aftershock
- Note: This is more of a long-range skill that can be used as a primer before casting Hammer of the Gods. This is useful for disposing of trash mobs as well
- Herald of Ash
- Precision
- Herbalism
- Concentrated Effect
- Scavenged Plating
- Persistence
- Cannibalism
- Splinter
- Ascendancy Nodes
- Colossal Capacity
- Hulking Form
- Earthbreaker
- Mysterious Lineage
Herald of Ice Warbringer
The only Warbringer build that deals massive damage and has tons of upside later on. The Herald of Ice Warbringer can shatter enemies with the Mace Strike thanks to the synergy with Polcirkeln. This ring will ensure that any cold damage you deal on the enemy causes them to explode on death. The cold explosion will then proc Herald of Ice, making you clear map packs just by using your default attack!
You are going to use two weapons for the Herald of Ice Warbringer. The first one is an Expert Cultist Greathammer that has high physical damage and increased elemental damage with attacks. Ideally, you also want this weapon to have increased attack speed and increased level of all melee skills. The base of the weapon is crucial because it has an implicit modifier that lets you deal splash damage to nearby enemies.
For the second weapon set, you want a pure physical damage mace specifically to boost the damage of Hammer of the Gods. This weapon must have accuracy rating and +7 to level of all melee skills if your budget permits it. You can use the Temple Maul or other two-handed maces with high PDPS.
Since the Warbringer does not have Hulking Form, you have to use The Vertex on this PoE 2 Warrior Build. The Vertex pretty much reduces the attribute requirements of your gear and skill gems by 50%. This effect works even if you have Giant's Blood allocated!
You will capitalize on the dual specialization feature in Path of Exile 2 on this build. The first weapon set is basically your mapping setup, with nodes that increase area of effect. The second weapon set is your bossing setup, which contains nodes that improve the chance to inflict bleeding on hit.
The passive nodes can already provide you with a whopping 95% bleeding chance with Hammer of the Gods. However, you want to achieve the full 100%, which is why you have to get a Ruby Jewel that has “5% Chance to Inflict Bleeding on Hit.” And while you're at it, you might as well grab a ruby with “Gain 1 Rage on Melee hit.”
Although the Herald of Ice Warbringer can deal with multiple packs of monsters without a problem, this build also shines because of its incredible defensive prowess. On both of your weapon sets, you will use Svalinn primarily for its lucky chance to block. Svalinn's unique effect helps alleviate the downside of Turtle Charm.
When the going gets tough, the Herald of Ice Warbringer can encase himself in Jade, making him impervious to pain! This disables movement for a brief period, though this only activates when you are in tough situations.
Here are the skills you need for the Herald of Ice Warbringer:
- Mace Strike
- Cold Infusion
- Magnified Effect
- Armour Explosion
- Martial Tempo
- Heft
- Herald of Ice
- Primal Armament
- Longshot
- Cold Penetration
- Cold Mastery
- Hammer of the Gods
- Heavy Swing
- Brutality
- Lacerate
- Deep Cuts
- Fist of War
- Perfect Strike
- Eternal Flame
- Window of Opportunity
- Close Combat
- Concentrated Effect
- Note: Use this against rare monsters. If the boss still has some HP left after HoTG, utilize Perfect Strike to finish them off.
- Infernal Cry
- Enraged Warcry
- Raging Cry
- Premeditation
- Shield Charge
- Ingenuity
- Unbreakable
- Rage
- Note: Use this for traversing maps
- Scavenged Plating
- Cannibalism
- Persistence
- Temporal Chains
- Heightened Curse
- Focused Curse
- Inspiration
- Attrition
- None
- Ascendancy Nodes
- Anvil's Weight
- Renly's Training
- Jade Heritage
- Turtle Charm
Sunder Totem Titan
Slam skills in Path of Exile 2 deal so much damage. The only problem with them is that there is a slight delay before they deal damage, which is why you have to circumvent that somehow. This next Warrior Build is a good example of that.
The Sunder Totem Titan destroys enemies with Ancestral Warrior Totems that can use Sunder without the downsides. What's more, these totems do not care about how much physical damage you have on your weapon, so long as they have "+7 to all melee skills." This modifier is important because it is the only tangible way of increasing the damage output of your totems.
Now, your end goal for this build is to achieve a level 40 Ancestral Warrior Totem. This means that you will use a couple of two-handed maces with +7 to melee skills, +3 from the amulet, and +2 from the gloves. It should also go without saying that you corrupt the meta-skill itself by using a PoE 2 Vaal Orb for another +1 to level.
With that in mind, the build only performs well at level 90. You can use the Boneshatter Titan build for the time being until you can get to that level for everything to feel a lot smoother.
Anyway, you will again use two different weapons sets on this build. The first is the main one used in both mapping and bossing. The second weapon set is mainly to improve your block chance as you use Shield Charge to move around the map. Armour Breaker is set to the second weapon set as well. This is only used against tougher enemies and bosses.
Now, it's important to note that a level 40 Ancestral Warrior Totem requires a lot of mana to use. That's why you take notable passive skills like Blood Rush and Price of Freedom to divert some of that cost to life instead. Additionally, you can instill Deep Trance on your amulet by using Distilled Fear, Distilled Ire, and Distilled Despair (in that exact order).
Your gloves, boots, and accessories must all contain life and mana to give you a more comfortable time summoning your totems. Your body armor, gloves, and boots should be armor/energy shield or pure energy shield bases so that you can maximize Atziri's Disdain to gain heaps more energy shield. Since you are allocating Giant's Blood, all your items must have STR as well.
That said, your primary rotation involves using Shield Charge to scour the map for monsters and then summon your totems and watch them die in an instant! Against bosses, cast Orb of Storms and stand in its area of effect to gain life/mana regeneration and Rage before the encounter begins. Once you can attack the boss, use Armour Breaker first to reduce their physical defense and then cast Hammer of the Gods.
You can find the skills for the Sunder Totem Titan below:
- Ancestral Warrior Totem
- Sunder
- Martial Tempo
- Upheaval
- Inspiration
- Magnified Effect
- Note: This is for general mapping
- Ancestral Warrior Totem
- Sunder
- Brutality
- Heavy Swing
- Bloodlust
- Concentrated Effect
- Note: Yes, this build uses two totem setups. This one is only meant for bossing
- Armour Breaker
- Rage
- Lacerate

- Font of Mana
- Font of Rage
- Persistence

- Ascendancy Nodes
- Colossal Capacity
- Hulking Form
- Earthbreaker
- Crushing Impacts
Stampede Titan
Stampede is one of the best map-clearing abilities available to the Warrior by default, so why not capitalize on that and build around it? Well, that is the main idea of the Stampede Titan.
Unlike other builds that utilize the said skill, this version requires a few key pieces to make it work. For starters, you must have the Polcirkeln to allow you to chain Herald of Ice procs when killing monsters. This ring by itself can help you kill multiple monsters at the same time, making Stampede an even better skill when it’s equipped! To maximize the “% Increased Cold Damage” modifier on Polcirkeln, you also want to introduce added cold damage on your other ring, as well as on the gloves.
Since you will be the one attacking the enemy here, you want to make sure that the weapons you’ll use have high physical damage. The weapon base does not matter so long as they have more than 750+ PDPS.
For your primary weapon setup, equip a two-handed mace with attack speed, physical damage, accuracy, and elemental damage with attacks. If you can fit “+ to the level of all melee skills,” then that is even better!
To complement your main weapon, equip a shield that has armor, increased block chance, and life. You can also resolve elemental resistance deficiencies by using the right shield. If you have enough PoE 2 Exalted Orbs, you can purchase The Surrender to make you incredibly difficult to kill.
For your main bossing setup, get a couple of high physical damage maces with +5 or +7 melee skills. Attack speed doesn’t matter because you’ll only be using it for Hammer of the Gods anyway.
While mapping, use Stampede to eliminate the enemy. Utilize Infernal Cry and Seismic Cry in alternating fashion to amplify Stampede’s damage. During boss fights, stack Earthshatter in the area where the boss is headed, and then make them pop by using Infernal Cry when the encounter begins. After that, use your heavy-hitting Hammer of the Gods to conclude the battle.
Are you interested in trying the Stampede Titan? Here are the skills to use:

- Colossal Capacity
- Hulking Form
- Earthbreaker
- Mysterious Lineage
One Shot Hammer of the Gods Titan
Do you want to combine the impressive map-clearing ability of Stampede with the insane damage output of Hammer of the Gods in one? Well, that is the basic premise of the last Warrior build on our list.
The One Shot Hammer of the Gods Titan is true to its name. It really does have the power to obliterate even pinnacle bosses like Xesht at Difficulty 4 and Zarokh in the Trial of the Sekhemas in just one use of Hammer of the Gods.
But before that, let’s talk about its mapping prowess. This PoE 2 build uses Mace Strike and Stampede to clear everything in the Titan’s path. Stampede is basically for deleting monster packs and Mace Strike is for finishing off those who barely have life left.
During boss fights, you have Hammer of the Gods. However, to boost its damage, we are going to do things a bit differently than the other Warrior Builds mentioned above. Instead of just using Infernal Cry, you will utilize Shield Wall as well.
Basically, you will use Shield Wall several times before the boss fight starts. After that, use Infernal Cry once, and then let the hammer loose! With the proper gear, you will have no problems destroying your foes!
That said, this build is not cheap. Since the One Shot Hammer of the Gods Titan also allocates Giant’s Blood, you need some way to address the attribute requirements. That’s why you have to wear the Astramentis, which is a pretty solid amulet if only the price were a bit more affordable than 150 Divines.
Having the Astramentis enables you to wear more unique items. Grab a Morior Invictus that specifically has increased attributes and elemental resistance. If you can get a corrupted one with five sockets, then that’s even more amazing!
After that, invest in a Hand of Wisdom and Action that has a “+1 to level of all melee skills” corruption. This costs a hefty price, but the corrupted implicit is very much worth it because it boosts the damage of HoTG.
Thrillsteel and Polcirkeln are non-negotiables. The former grants permanent 10% movement speed boost and 20% skill speed, while the latter makes enemies shatter just by dealing cold damage, which will then proc Herald of Ice and Herald of Thunder.
For the belt, you have the Ingenuity with at least 80% increased effect. You can always go higher if you have the budget for it, which will amplify both of your rings very nicely!
Just like any of the best Warrior Builds listed in PoE 2, you need to have a pretty good two-handed mace, preferably with 220%+ increased physical damage, added physical damage, and accuracy. Because this weapon is expensive anyway, you might as well include +7 melee skills while you’re at it.

Tips
The Warrior might be the least-played class in Path of Exile 2 right now, but it doesn't mean that you cannot do stuff on your end to make it more worthwhile. Here are some tips to help you enjoy the Warrior class even more:
Aim for the Ground
When using Hammer of the Gods, make sure to aim for the ground near the enemy and not directly on the main target. This is because the skill is currently bugged, where the intended target doesn't get the full extent of the damage. Aiming is easy to do on PC, though it will take some time for controller users to get the hang of it.
Calculating for PDPS
Physical damage per second (PDPS) is an important stat because it helps you narrow down your options when searching for a suitable weapon on the trade website. If you are planning to buy a weapon based on someone's recommendation, you can look at their weapon and add the minimum and maximum damage indicated on it. Next, divide the sum by two and then multiply that with the weapon's base attack speed.
Here is the formula in a nutshell:
Minimum + Maximum weapon damage -> Divide by two -> Multiply by the weapon's base attack speed.
The weapon's base attack speed takes into account the "% Increased Attack Speed" modifier on it (if any). So, if your two-handed mace has a 1.35 attack speed with the said mod, then use that when calculating for PDPS.
Use the value that you've calculated on the "Physical DPS" box under "Equipment Filters" on the trade website. If you want to learn more about how to trade items in Path of Exile 2, then check this article.
Cancel Animation of Travel Skills
Stampede, Leap Slam, and Shield Charge have a short delay at the end of their animation. This delay can be lethal, especially if you're not able to quickly get out of harm's way. Fortunately, you can initiate a Dodge Roll immediately as your character stops, which will cancel the skills' animation, allowing you to move again shortly after.
Increase the Quality of Your Skills
This is actually advice that any class in Path of Exile 2 can benefit from. However, this is even more so for the skills available to the Warrior. Hammer of the Gods, for example, has its cooldown reduced by 20% at max gem quality. You can increase the quality of your skill gems by utilizing the Gemcutter's Prism four times.
Use a Vaal Orb on Weapons and Armor
The Vaal Orb is one of the more interesting items in Path of Exile 2 as it allows you to corrupt an item with varying results. The ideal outcome would be to get an additional socket on your weapon and armor.
Since the weapon is impactful in terms of your total damage output, you want to have three sockets on it so that you can insert three Iron Runes for 60% increased physical damage. The third socket is only possible if you get lucky with using the Vaal Orb.
Final Thoughts
The Warrior is the best class for those who want a slower, more impactful style of play. You may struggle a little bit while leveling, but the Warrior gets increasingly better in the endgame, especially if you're able to secure the necessary items for the builds to work.
Giant's Blood is an incredible addition to any Warrior Build because it lets you wield a two-handed mace in one hand without any damage penalty. You just have to make sure that you can satisfy the additional requirements, though that's very doable with the right gear.
Speaking of which, head to our PoE 2 store at any time if you want to get your hands on the best items for your Warrior. That said, which Warrior Build are you going to play and why? Let us know in the comments!
