RS3 Guides , Runescape

With this relic tier, we are in the mid-game of our Leagues journey, and we have yet another 3 relics to choose from. These relic choices will be important as tier 5 relics are combat relics, and getting to that tier 5 as fast as possible would be essential to our gameplay.
So picking the right relic at tier 4 might be a difference maker in how fast our progression goes.

Before checking out these relics, make sure to check out our RS3 items for sale at RPG Stash. We'll help you rise through the ranks in the League.
Production Master
One of my personal favorites from OSRS, let's see how it fares in Runescape 3 territory. Let's take a look at what it offers:
- Provides the Brooch of the Elder Gods.
- Various production activities will have their items processed at once.

- Never burn any food.
- Your brooch provides an infinite amount of skilling urns.
- Your brooch provides all the perks that a portable skilling station would.
- Your brooch can spawn seren spirits, divine blessings, catalysts of alterations, and manifested knowledges.
- +6 permanent boost to your Smithing, Herblore, Cooking, Crafting, Fletching, and Construction.
Let's dissect this relic because it sounds really good on paper.
- Urns: If you are unfamiliar with urns. They are essentially an item that fills up with experience as you skill, and once full, it gets destroyed, providing you with some experience for that skill. Using urns provides a solid 20% boost to your hourly experience rates, so this is a nice positive to speed up your skills. You can also craft urns yourself, but this is still a time saver for that.
- Portable Skilling Station Benefits: These items are commonly used in RS3 to train all sorts of skills. They provide chances to save your resources, to craft additional products, and to yield more experience. So having this will make your skilling training even faster and will allow you to get more out of your resources.
- Spawns: Having different skilling spawns is really useful to collect items passively. Catalyst of alterations will give you clue scrolls, divine blessings will give you some components for invention, and seren spirits will give you items from the rare drop table.
- Stat Boost: The best boost you can get manually in the game is a +5 boost from spicy stews after Recipe for Disaster. So this outshines that boost while also being permanent. This will allow you to quickly move through different tiers of production to get the most experience and craft the best items earlier.
- Faster Item Production: This will work differently here, as not all skills in Runescape 3 work through the “make x” interface, meaning not everything you create will be completed instantly. For example Smithing, to smith an item in Runescape 3, you need to hammer it, heat it, cool it back and forth, so you will still need to do that. The skills that will benefit from this are as follows: Cooking, Crafting, Fletching, Herblore, and Invention.
Verdict

This relic is a great pick if you are looking to maximise your skills as quickly as possible. With this, you will be able to easily make your way through the skills mentioned above. However, if you are picking Excavator, you already have Crafting and Smithing covered.
If you are picking Perkfection, you already have Invention covered, and you don't need the materials from divine blessings. You can get the item Grace of the Elves to spawn Seren spirits.
You can also craft your own urns. Fletching and Cooking are also notoriously easy skills to train if you also factor in the fact that the best way to train fletching, which is to craft broad arrows, won't work with Production Master, the relic loses a lot of its power. Due to all of these reasons, we will be giving this relic a 5/10.
Rejuvenated
There is not much to actually talk about this relic. It allows you to pick another relic from the previous tiers, being 1, 2, and 3. If you want to pick one of the previous relics here, by all means, go ahead. We've analyzed every relic tier before this one too.
We don't think this relic is good since there is only 1 good relic in every previous tier so this relic gets a 1/10 from us.
Clue Connoisseur
This is our clue relic for this League. Let's take a look at what it offers:
- Unlocks the full Globetrotter's outfit.
- All of the outfit pieces have infinite charges.
- Receive 2 caskets instead of one upon clue completion.
- Opening a treasure casket always has the maximum amount of loot drops.
- Every clue will have the minimum steps required to complete.
This relic is incredible in more ways than one might think. Let's break it down and explain it.
- Globetrotter Outfit: This outfit provides buffs that you can't find anywhere else. The two main things that are amazing about it are the backpack and the chest piece. The backpack allows you to switch out your clue, meaning if you get a clue step that you can't complete, you can switch to a different clue until you get one that you can complete, or if you can keep switching clues to always complete the easiest steps that you can easily get to. The chest piece can teleport you to the location of your clue, which is like an additional teleport relic built into this relic. You can keep certain clue steps in your bank to have quick access to that area, or you can use this to complete clues in lightning speed.
- Loot Rewards: The minimum number of steps means you will be able to complete each clue extremely fast. You can combine this with the Totem of Treasure buff from Anachronia, which reduces the steps required by 1. So, for example, every easy clue would be 2 steps instead of 3. If you can also get your hands on a dark facet of luck, you will also get a 1% chance of skipping a clue step. Having the maximum amount of rolls is great as well. This basically maximises your loot potential in every casket you open, so make sure to get a tier 4 luck ring as soon as possible. The two caskets straight up doubles our loot, you can further increase this with the dark facet of luck, which grants a 0.1% chance of receiving two caskets instead of one, and, albeit unrealistic, an Orlando Smith's hat, which has a chance to give you a casket of a 1 tier lower clue when you loot your treasure chest.
Verdict
This relic is incredible, not only does it provide a ton of utility in terms of teleports it also provides a means to get insane amounts of points.
If you check the task page of Leagues and look for clue tasks, there is a bucket load of tasks ranging from easy tasks all the way up to master tasks, so this relic will provide points for you all throughout your Leagues journey, and in our opinion, a must pick.
If you are also not picking the Perkfectionist relic at tier 6, you really need this one to receive your fortunate components. Due to the amount of points this relic provides, which cannot be replicated by anything else, we will give this relic a 9/10.
