White is one of the best weapons for PvM Bone Necromancers who use Bone Spear as their main attack. It gives up to +8 to Bone Spear when made on a +3 Base. 

Luckily, this base can be shopped from Drognan in Act 2 Normal using a level 20+ character. To reset his inventory, a player needs to run in and out of town either via the waypoint or the main gate (The main gate is faster if it spawns directly to the right of Drognan and it is worthwhile to find the correct map seed as the shopping process may take a while). Keep in mind that regular wands and yew wands are capped at 1 socket so you should only be checking the bone wands.

Dol + Io are both common drops from Nightmare Countess.
